We accept dogs and cats up to 75 lbs. There is a one-time fee of $300 for pets between 0–50 lbs. and $400 for pets between 51–75 lbs. In addition, a monthly fee of $15 per pet will be applied. Pricing is per pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. *Buildings F and L are no-pet buildings.
